Check product version

1. Select the Main Screen >> Menu List >> Information Menu and press the [ACT] button.

2. You can check the software version of the current P8 device and the unique number (serial number) of the P8 on the information screen.

P8 Device Software Upgrade

(*Available when supported by the DIA:CONN app)

1. When the latest version of the P8 device software is released, the connected dedicated app will prompt you to proceed with the device software upgrade.

2. If you choose to proceed with the upgrade in the app, a confirmation screen for the upgrade will appear on the connected P8 device's screen.

3. On the pen, select 'Yes' and press the [ACT] button to initiate the automatic upgrade of the new version of the device software. During the installation process, all functions will be paused, and the LED will blink.

4. Once the upgrade is complete, a loading screen will appear, and the main screen will return.
