Supported Devices

The DIA:CONN application (app) is compatible with the following:

IOS 12.0 or higher
Android 4.4 or higher

This product should only be used on supported mobile devices.

The app should be regularly checked for compatibility with the smart device and operating system versions. System messages containing instructions or warnings may be displayed. You should ensure you are connected to the internet (check if Wi-Fi or cellular data is enabled) for verification.

CAUTION

First, you need to pair the P8 Pen with your smart device and the DIA:CONN app. This will allow the P8 Pen's information to be wirelessly transmitted to the app on your smart device.

CAUTION

The Bluetooth® feature of the P8 sends information to the smart device. To prevent someone else's dosage from being transmitted to the smart device, do not allow anyone else to use the P8 for insulin administration. The P8 is intended for use by a single patient.

CAUTION

There must be sufficient memory storage on the smart device. Otherwise, you may not be able to install the DIA:CONN app or record dosages. You may need to delete files or apps on the smart device if necessary.
